The Parent Approach is very excited to be holding a Parent Workshop in Raleigh, NC on Saturday, JUNE 8TH 2013. At The Parent Workshop you will be given many tools to help better your family! Parents will hear about the purpose of proper parenting, effective boundaries and keeping consistency even in the busy times, bonding techniques that you can do with your entire family and answers to the question “Why children do the things they do?”. Along with the chance to have your questions answered, meet other parents and WIN some awesome door prizes. Registration has begun. Only 30 seats available! It will be one full day of great information where you as a parent will get MOTIVATED, EDUCATED AND REJUVENATED! You will hear from four great presenters and have your parenting questions answered!
Ashley Hayes (Founder of The Parent Approach)- Will be covering Important and effective boundaries every family needs and how to stay consistent your life.
Jim Howard (Founder of Live Life Revolutions)- Is a motivational speaker that will be speaking on the importance of parenting and the responsibilities of leading the family.
Diane Colin (Owner of The Grace Note)- She will be teaching parents how to incorporate musical activities with the entire family to help with communication, discipline and bonding with children.
Lori Krauss (Pathways to wellness)- MSW,LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC in 1999 and obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill in 2006. Lori will be speaking at The Parent Approach workshop on the development of a child’s brain and reasoning between the ages of 2-9.
There will be great door prizes and fun socialization opportunities to meet other parents struggling with the exact same things you are.
The Workshop will be held at The Key Stone Learning Center, in Raleigh NC. The first session will start at 930 am and the last session will end at 4:30 pm. You will need to arrive 20 minutes early. There will be a 10 minute break after each session and a 1 hour dismissal for lunch.
